WorldGuard Helpdesk Services

Overview

This page contains some tools for use for our clients that make use of our helpdesk service. Currently it just contains a remote administration tool (UltraVNC Single Click) that allows our clients to easily connect to one of our servers and allow a WorldGuard Consultant to remotely manage their pc.

Remote Helpdesk Utility

To allow a WorldGuard Consultant to connect to your PC and remotely control it, please download the following utility. The WorldGuard Consultant will give you more information about connecting.

To download please click the following file: -

wg-remote.exe

Save the file to a location that you can find again later. Probably your desktop is a good place to put it.

Once the file is downloaded, browse to it and double click it. It will not install anything to your system and will allow you to initiate a connection to a WorldGuard Helpdesk server. There are a few different servers and you will be given the correct one by the Consultant.

Once the remote session is finished, you can safely delete the file.
